The hotel location was convenient, with easy access to the nearby attractions and transportation options. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. The free bottled water and fast internet were additional perks that I appreciated during my stay.

Unprofessional service and language barrier were the worst aspects of my stay. The staff had poor English skills and were not helpful when I needed assistance.

It was a budget hotel. Room had its own rooftop terrace. Location was quite very convenient...

The location for access to the local attractions is excllent,however your taxi driver will never find it.make sure you have a small map and directions in Chinese,and the phone number of the :otel to show the driver

The hotel is in a great location, just a short distance from Pudong airport via the line to E. It is conveniently located just across the road from the entrance to the Yuyang Gardens area, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local attractions. the surrounding area is vibrant and bustling, with a street market where you can find affordable and unique gifts. the hotel is also near a park, providing a peaceful atmosphere and a pleasant view.

The staff at the hotel could improve their service and friendliness.

Good location near Yuan Gardens and interesting side streets - could see the river from our room which was well appointed

The TV reception was poor and needed attention

The hotel is located near a popular park and garden, and just a short walk from a major shopping street. the room was spacious and well-equipped with a comfortable bed and a large flat screen TV. One of the best things about the hotel was the fantastic Chinese food served in the restaurant.

very comfortable , good location between the bund , Yu Yuan Garden and Nanjing Road .. I likes the breakfast. Variety amd more choices.

This hotel was great value for money. We loved the location - right next to massive markets, only 2 min walk away. So, great for shopping. Also, only 1 block away from the Bund. We really enjoyed staying there.

It was pretty noisy but that's par for the course in the middle of the city - especially in China, where the beeping of horns has become an art form.

Beautiful hotel in a great location with comfortable nice room and great breakfast. We loved the view and the beautifully decorated room with lovely furnishings.

Everything was great except the bathroom. The toilet flushed so poorly we mostly used the one in the lobby and the odour from the drain in the floor was very bad. Also the room airconditioning needs to be disinfected by bleach because it is contaminated with a mouldy smell. The only thing that allowed us to manage luckily was that the window opened so we could get fresh air which was helpful.

Excellent location, clean cosy rooms. Good restaurant (Chinese and Western breakfast). It was easy to find the hotel

Additional charge (15% of taxes). The room rate per night should be 680 RMB but finally it was almost 790 RMB. Wire Internet in the room did not work (though there was a wire).

The STAFF !! Very rude because they didn't understand english..started to laugh at us!! Only the managers could understand and talk english..

I had booked a night as a stopover between flights and was pleasantly surprised at the size of the room. It was very comfortable and had everything I needed. The staff were very helpful and the ones who didn't speak English were very apologetic which was totally unnecessary! I felt very welcome there.
